Our system allows 24/7 access for borrowers to their financing file. This provides borrowers the ability to log into their own secure file site at any moment and view exactly the status of their loan progress in real time. Our system updates immediately with action taken on the loan file. Borrowers can view exactly what steps have been completed; key documents that have been submitted in the lending process; as well as what steps are yet to be completed. Our system shows either a green light "on schedule" or a red light "need this item" if we are waiting on third party services (appraisers, title, inspectors, etc.) No online processing system gives the borrowers such complete information in real time status.
