Lauri is co-founder and President of the Greater MidWest Real Estate Investors Association.  The GMWREIA meets in DesMoines, IA;  Sioux City, IA;Omaha, NE and Sioux Falls, SD.  The GMWREIA is a proud member of the National Real Estate Investors Association.

GMWREIA is actively participating in the National Professional Housing Provider Program.  This program is an educational program with guidelines established by the National REIA.  Professional Housing Provider certification allows investors to market their properties with a PHP certification.  For more information visit the GMWRIEA website.

The GMWREIA mission statement reads as follows:

The Mission of the Greater MidWest Real Estate Investor's Association is to provide an opportunity for real estate investors to network and share ideas as well as investment opportunities; to provide an opportunity for afilliate business partners and sponsors to network and provide services relevant to real estate inestors; to provide an opportunity for continued education for all individuals, businesses and professionals involved with real estate investing; and to provide our members with ongoing updates of local, state and national legislation that is directly related to real estate investing in an ethical environment free form any form of discrimination, fraud or misrepresentation.

All meetings are held during the second complete Monday through Friday week of the month.
